Close to nature, feel the green, protect our environment and promote civilization – Luofu Mountain Clean-up Action

At 07:00 on April 3rd, 2011, Mr. Lin, Chairman of Giant Lead, led 300 staff and visited national scenic spot – Luofu Mountain. The theme for this special visit was – “Close to nature, feel the green, protect our environment and promote civilization: Luofu Mountain Clean-up Action”
                         
Geared with gloves and garbage bags, everyone was enthusiastic about this special clean-up event to preserve our mother nature. Fearless of dirt, our staffs were the proud environmental care takers giving Luofu Mountain a fresher and cleaner look!  Locals and visitors also gave us sincere appreciation.
    Luofu Mountain is one of ten famous mountains of Taoism. Located in Boluo County, Huizhou City, it is the center of “tourism and leisure corridor”. With total planning area of 260 square kilometers, there are 432 majestic peaks, 980 beautiful waterfalls, 18 looming caves, and 72 secluded rocks. Historian Sima Qian described Luofu Mountain as "Guangdong Yue", so it is known as the "1st Mountain of Southern China". Luofu Mountain has been approved as the fifth national key scenic spots.
 
  
This clean-up action ended at 14:00 pm. Through this special event, we shared our respect and beautified the scenic environment. Through demonstrating our determination and effort in promoting civilization and improving our environment, we cleaned up a huge volume of plastic products that cannot be decomposed. We shall promote low-carbon green environment. This is also Giant Lead’s vision to clean up the world.
We shall take action of minimizing the use of plastic bags, recycling different materials, and properly dispose garbage. Do not litter and take a good care of our earth.
