PVA Sponge roller’s main application is to absorb liquid. Its ability to absorb water can reach 6-10 times of its own weight. Through special chemical reaction controlled by temperature, PVA sponge roller is formed by using hydrophilic polymer resin (PVA), blowing agents and other chemical substances.

Characteristics: continuous ultra micro pore structure, OH-based molecule has excellent hydrophilic properties which can quickly absorb water on different surfaces. It is soft and flexible, and will not scratch the surface. Excellent absorption with heat endurance up to 60 ℃. To use, immerse the roller in water for 30 minutes to allow liquid thoroughly infiltrate in the sponge roller (Keeping the roller moist).

The main purposes:

-       Internal and external layer of circuit boards, BGA, IC tripods, LCD monitors, and surface of rubber and plastic products.

-       Glass, food, and steel industry.

-       Cleaning equipments for swimming pools and tennis courts.

PVA sponge (wet) and (dry) series

Main purposes:

-       A: Wash

nhard disk (aluminum, glass)

nsilicon tube (internal scrubbing).

-       B: Dehydration: absorb excess water from laver

-       C: Others: faucet filter (filter micro-organisms).

It is a material for wiping. It is soft and durable, unlike regular paper or fiber cloth which will produce some residue or lint while wiping. The surface consists of micro pores which can attract dust and debris, absorb liquid in amazing speed, and also has liquid retention properties. It is also resist to most of the chemical products.

-          High formalized products: PVA Sponge which does not soften when wet

-          Resin treated products: PVA porous material products treated with various resin, such as cartridge filters
